BEFORE YOU GO

We want your Whiskey Row experience to be as smooth as a well-aged bourbon. Below you’ll find answers to the questions we hear most often. If you don’t see what you are looking for, we’re always happy to help – just reach out at whiskeyrowwalkingtour@gmail.com or (855) 769-9255

  • Bourbon tours are offered Thursday-Saturday at 11AM EST and at 3:00PM EST. Sunday tours are offered at 1:00PM EST.

  • All bourbon tours depart the Frazier Kentucky History Museum located on 829 West Main Street, with restrooms along with drinks/snacks available for purchase prior to the tour beginning.

  • The bourbon tour last 2 hours.

  • We stop at three bourbon distilleries for tastings.

  • Depending on the day of the week the 11:00 tour stops at three of the four bourbon distilleries; Bardstown Bourbon Company, Buzzard’s Roost, Evan Williams Bourbon Experience and Barrels and Billets. The 3:00 tour will stop at three bourbon distilleries; Bardstown Bourbon Company, Pursuit Spirits and Buzzard’s Roost.

  • No refunds are offered once a tour is booked but you are allowed to chose another date or time if there is a schedule conflict.

  • The walking bourbon tour covers just over a half mile.

  • The bourbon tour will cover the history of bourbon, how it is made, along with its historical impact in Louisville and several stops at local bourbon distilleries for tastings of their products.

  • Service Animal are permitted and all bourbon distillery buildings and sidewalks are ADA compliant and accessible.

  • Paid parking is available on Main Street using street meters or at the nearby ground lots and parking garages. A paid parking lot is also available behind the Frazier Kentucky History Museum, located at 9th and Washington Streets. Please look for the parking booth attendant for assistance.
